I want to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the awesome fast service this week. It is never fun to go without A/C in the Houston area climate and with 2 young grandkids (3 years old and 7 weeks old) living with us, no A/C is miserable at best. Luckily, it is not in the heat of the summer yet so it was not as bad as it could have been. Our A/C went out Monday evening and by Tuesday evening it was fixed! Your office manager Kim couldn't have been nicer and although you must have had lots of customers already scheduled ahead of us, she got a technician out here pronto. Roberto was also very pleasant and professional. Kim was able to find the part needed and had it delivered to a store in Conroe and Roberto picked it up and got the job done fast!
